In Hell Quotes

Mitch: You know, I read something a long time ago: Follow the rainbow... but don't wait for the gold to be in it.
Dan: Look for the silver in between. Yeah, I know - I went to school once, too. Say, what are you? Are you some kind of do-gooder or something? You want to save my soul, Mister?
Mitch: No, I want a few men with anger and guts enough to follow that rainbow and grab a pot full of gold - not petty silver in-between.

Movie: In Hell
Sergeant Matt Baker: [Last lines. Baker stands on a Jeep] Alright, everyone! Fall in on me, let's move! [the squad gathers in front of Baker]
Sergeant Matt Baker: Men, it's been 10 days, and there isn't anyone here who hasn't given all he had. Some gave more. We lost Franky, Friar, and Marsh... and Red. The collapse broke part of his back. Paralyzed him. He won't ever walk again, but he can talk. And do you know what he said? He asked me if any of us were worth it. We've all made mistakes. We've all questioned what we are doing here, and we all feel burdened by the cost of the fight, especially in the face of defeat. But I'm not retreating. I am still standing here with you, I am still standing right here! I'll lead us right into Berlin if it's asked of us and it probably will be! Now I know some of you don't trust me right now [Camera cuts to Corrion]
Sergeant Matt Baker: And some of you are clinging to superstition [Camera cuts to Dawson]
Sergeant Matt Baker: That ends right now! Look, I know we all feel like we need something to blame... But it's just a goddamn gun! [He turns and throws his pistol into the nearby woods, then turns back to the squad]
Sergeant Matt Baker: So here we are... Brothers, fathers, saints, and sinners. Lets take the fight back to the Germans.
Paddock: ...Well, shit. [Clears his throat]
Paddock: I mean, if you're going to use all them... pretty words.
Cpl. Sam Corrion: I can't. [He turns and walks away, Baker watching him go]
Sergeant Matt Baker: [Voiceover] What is it that makes a great soldier? His brain or his heart?
