The River's Divide Quotes

Donnie Vincent: The truth is I'm always saddened when I kill an animal. It's not remorse I feel, I know why I'm a hunter. It's out of respect. Hunting involves killing and without a doubt it's a 'blood sport' and one that comes with tremendous responsibility. Hunting is also a tool of conservation and it's how I choose to feed my family. Sometimes hunts go quick, sometimes they take years... but there's always a story and one that's usually worth telling. You know, every time I crossed that river I wondered if it was the last time. Right away I saw the river's divide as an obstacle. The conditions were never the same and it was always a problem to solve. In the end I realized it was the absolute reason our two stories came together. The closing of any story leaves a person feeling a bit empty and I am the same. People that know me know that I long for adventure, if for no other reason than to tell the next great story.
